All sales are non-refundable. I am happy to accept exchanges up to 14 days after the date of the purchase with receipt. If the piece has been worn or is damaged, I will not be able to exchange the pieces.
Repairs and Care
I will be happy to repair any broken or damaged pieces when the damage is due to the integrity of the material. Unfortunately I can not repair work that was damaged by an accident, such as a broken chain from being pulled on. TIPS: Prevent tarnish by storing your jewelry in a dry place.
If you're interested in ordering a ring, but need your ring size: consider purchasing an Adjustable Finger Gauge.
My 2018 schedule for custom orders is full at this time. This does not include the custom stamped items available in my online shop.
